If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.
Conditions for returns:
Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
For hygiene reasons, opened food and used pet products cannot be returned.
Return process:
1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with return instructions.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
